Email address length

Hi all

I’m having problems with my users email addresses.
When I specify an address smaller than 7 characters I get the error Email Address: Illegal value for Email Address
Is there a configuration that I could change the length of an address

RT report such error in case when EmailAddress allready registered in
DB. Check it. IMHO you have unpriveleged user with such email.
