E_mail question?

HI,

I am having some difficulty to send e-mail notification when someone
create a ticket? Does anybody has a good instruction how to do this?

Hi Nobuo!

I use watchers to send an eMail to them whenever a ticket is created. See
the documentation for the necessary scripts and then add a watcher.

Thank you for replying my question!
I printed the docs from the web page(www.fsck.com), but the
documentation is incomplete. Are there better decimation for setting up
the watcher program and example for e-mail script?
