My name is Jorge and I am Computer Security staff member CSIRT.FEUP (Faculty of Engineering University of Oporto - Portugal).
We have recently installed and configured RTIR with RTFM and until now it’s working great!
Anyway, I find out that sometimes we forget to analyze some investigations or incident reports because we have a lot of open tickets and its kind of a hard job to search every ticket everyday in order to see if there are new messages or comments. Is there any option or script that sends e-mail notifications for Owners when a Correspondent or a CC replies or posts a comment? Thanks in advance.
