Duplicate mail problem

It seems that tickets/correspondence generated in the WebRT interface are
emailing more than one copy, yet there is only one copy in the database. My
email system is qmail, and I have sendmailpipe, sendmailpath, and sendmailargs
set correctly. Does anyone know what might be happening?

What scrips do you have?

I don’t think I have configured any scrips, so its just the ones that come
with RT:

OnCreate AutoreplyToRequestors with template Autoreply
OnCreate NotifyAdminCcs with template Transaction
OnCorrespond NotifyAllWatchers with template Correspondence
OnComment NotifyAdminCcsAsComment with template AdminComment
OnComment NotifyOtherRecipientsAsComment with template Correspondence
