Dumpfile-to-rt-3.0 will continue?

is dumpfile-to-rt-3.0 able to continue from where it left off

i was running dumpfile-to-rt-3.0 and then i lost the connection to
the system…the process stopped.
is it possible to continue from the last ticket it handled?

No. dumpfile-to-rt-3.0 builds the user, queue, and CF mappings (and
possibly some other ones) in memory and then uses them during the ticket
import process. It’s not able to pick up from where it left off because
it no longer has the mappings. This causes data to unreliably import.

Sorry, I know it’s annoying; I’ve been in a similar situation. To
really make sure your data migrates intact, you should do the import all
in one run. As always, any patches to fix this are welcome! :slight_smile:
