Dublicate messages in WebRT

Is there a way to prevent WebRT from sending duplicate e-mails out.
For example: If an RT ticket is created and I end up being the owner, If I send a “reply to all” message out, I get 3 messages in the inbox of what I just sent out. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

What version of RT are you using? With RT2, these things
