Don't want Attachments in email

We have an interesting request. Some of our attachments are huge, so people are requesting that we do not include the attachment in the email sent via a Reply or Resolve. Instead, they want the link to the attachment URL. I’ve got the link going, but I don’t know how to make it so the attachment is put into RT but NOT into the email that is sent to users.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

    attachments in outgoing mails generated with this template.
