Do somebody work on user UI preferences?

Hello.
I’ve collected a lot of small per user wishes in web ui.

  1. NotifyActor
  2. Signature before/after quoted transactions
  3. CFs before/after MessageBox
    … And a lot small ones.

Do somebody work on per user general storage of arbitrary prefs which
could be used in code?
Some desired features:
1) local override $RT::* options on user defined values.
2) general web ui for prefs with support of radio buttons and checkboxes.
… I can continue features and continue and continue.

May be someone start something like this or working on?

RT 3.1 (and soon 3.2)'s User take Attributes.

RT 3.3’s User will probably take CFs, including image CFs (like Photos).
Existing CF editing UI (checkboxes, upload and all) can be used for it.

As autrijus mentioned, once we’ve gotten RT 3.2.0, the backend for
preferences will be there. Which will, indeed, be a happy day.
