Do CC's get included when you create ticket in email

If I send an email to support@domain.com, do the CC’s in the message get
added to the ticket as CC’s. They do not appear to do this, is this a
tunable parameter?

Tunable like $ParseNewMessageForTicketCcs in config.pm?
