I am having difficulties specific to Internet Explorer where it will cache ticket information and not update. Is there a way to configure the from end perl or something in the RT configuration files to prevent caching of ticket display? I’ve tried adding meta headers, disabling mason, changing Set($CacheMinutes to 0, enabling DevelMode, and nothing has changed the behavior.
