Hi all,
I’m working with RTIR and multiple constituencies, and realized that any user (even readonly group members) can get a lot of information on users of other consistuencies by using the search functionality (even if they can’t see other people’s tickets, they can get the full list of constituencies and the full list of users).
Is there any quick way to disable all search functionalities for a given group? This way I could at least give those “read-only” users the ability to browse through their own constituency’s tickets, without exposing other organizations and users who also use the same RT.
