I’m thinking of how the Search mask of RT could be more
flexible to show different columns for different searches.
Now you have to configure the visible columns on the
server side. Then the shown columns are fixed.
What about making this configurable in the search mask,
just like the “Refine Search” box. You then can add
or remove some columns to see more or less informations.
Adding columns to show some of the keywords of the
tickets in a queue would also be very interesting.
Are there any plans?
