So we’ve got a bunch of queues, but for one and only one of them, we
need to create some additional custom status’s.
I see where in Queue_Overlay.pm, the status’s are defined, but I’m
completely lost wrt how to override those for a single queue.
Can anyone give me a suggestion/example of how to do this without using
a custom field?
