Hey everyone,
Why are there no
Notify AdminCcs and CCs
Notify Ccs
default scrip actions in RT 3.x? That would fit perfectly with the way I
have my RT set up.
Alternatively, can anyone suggest the proper custom code to notify Ccs only?
