Hi,
I’m trying to set up RT(3.2.2) so as our users can monitor/create tickets
using SelfService - what I was wondering is:
Is it possible to configure RT such that when it creates an unprivileged
user from an email, to assign it a default password?
I can’t find anything in the Wiki and would appreciate any help.
