Following the instructions of RT Wiki, I’ve downloaded the
rt-schema-relationships.dot
I cannot visualize it in Debdesigner because the program works with xml
files.
Can anyone help me ?

Have you tried graphziv /dotty.
Eg, http://www.graphviz.org/ - I have had good luck with the
the zgrviewer if I get graphvix to prpduce svg output.
