I’d like to create an On Resolve scrip that uses something like this
for its Template:
This is an automated message to notify you that ticket [{$rtname}
#{$Ticket->id()}] has been resolved.
Closing comments are included at the bottom of this message.

However, $Transaction->Content() is always empty at this point in the
process and the closing comments are sent in a separate e-mail as a
comment. Is there a way to make it so that the comment entered while
resolving the ticket is displayed here?
