Customizing/Approvals emails doesn't has sender address "From" in the emails

Approval emails coming from “Unknown Sender” to Inbox. I followed below template for the configuration of Customizing/Approvals template:

Please help.

The From address is defined as the Queue’s Address.

  1. Login as admin go to Admin -> Queues -> Select
  2. Enable the checkbox “Include disabled queues in listing.”
  3. Click “Go!”

Now a new Queue will appear named “___Approvals”, Click it and add in the “Reply Address” your desired From address.
