Customer Survey in RT5

Dear all,

Is there any simple solution to link the ticket to a customer survey?

I think we might need a bit more context. For example what customer survey using what technology? What should the RT ticket be for? A problem with the survey? The contents of the survey? A survey based on how successful a ticket was dealt with?

Is this one of those things where you want to send out a “how did we do?” customer satisfaction survey along with the ticket resolution, for the customer to fill in when you close their ticket? If so, you’d put the link into the ticket resolution template.
