Custom status-"to customer"

I’d love to have a status other than open that indicates it’s back in
the customer’s hands for the moment, but not resolved. I don’t really
need a custom field, just the one extra status…can I do that?


I think in the current scheme, that’s what “stalled” means. Also, see
