Is this possible? I need to support both spanish and english names for
the custom fields and, if possible, the queue names. Please let me know
- a simple “no” is better than no response !

What i’d like to do is have normal (english) custom fields but then provide resources so that
these fields are displayed in other languages (just like the rest of the ui). Currently, if a
spanish user logs in, everything is in spanish except queue names, custom fields, groups, etc.
