I’ve tried using custom field grouping and it’s great, but on the ticket creation page for unprivileged users the grouping it’s not showing up (See my print screen ). Anyone have a solution for this ?

You grant ‘SeeCustomField’ on it for Everyone or Unprivileged
You grant ‘ModifyCustomField’ on it for Everyone or Unprivileged
I did grant those right for everyone and I still get the same result
