Custom Fields Grouping not show up on ticket creation page for unprivileged users

Hi,

I’ve tried using custom field grouping and it’s great, but on the ticket creation page for unprivileged users the grouping it’s not showing up (See my print screen ). Anyone have a solution for this ?

  1. You grant ‘SeeCustomField’ on it for Everyone or Unprivileged

  2. You grant ‘ModifyCustomField’ on it for Everyone or Unprivileged

I did grant those right for everyone and I still get the same result
