I have 4 custom fields for one of my queues which will not allow me to
change them. Everytime i change the value and attempt to save them,
they revert back to being unset. I don’t see any error messages in the
logs either.
At the same time this happened the saved searches block disappeared for
all users except for the root user. I verified that the appropriate
users have the create and view saved search permissions, but the block
still won’t show up.
The only thing that changed is that i installed the
ExtractCustomFieldValues Addon. I’ve removed that and it doesn’t seem
to make any difference.
Any ideas?
