Custom field when create ticket with SelfService

Hi,
Can some one tell me why global or queue custom fields are not
displayed a the creation of a new ticket with SelfService.

May be this question has been already posted on the list but i never see
answer to this question ( have take look on the list archives).

Just. Not emplimented.
You can try to do it yourself and send patch.
look at /share/html/Ticket/Update.html
and /share/html/SelfService/Update.html
