I’ve just upgraded to 3.2.1 (from 3.1.x) and am having problems with the new search facility. I have a custom field called Company Name that is populated from a drop-down list of choices. When I craft a search with Company Name ‘CF.Company Name’ = ‘Test’ and perform the search I get no results, even though I have verified I have plenty of tickets in my database with Test in the custom field ‘Company Name’.
Am I building this query incorrectly? Where am I going wrong?
