queue, but in the mobile version I don’t see them when I create a ticket for
that queue, is it by design?

Hi Francesca,
The mobile version is a minimalist RT service with only basic visibility and
update functionality. You will need to use the full version for more involved
use. You could also patch the mobileUI to add support for your two fields.
