Custom field for customer

hello,
I work with rt 3.0.9.
I want my customer use only the web interface.
When the customer connect to rt, he would only create ticket and see his
tickets. But i also want he can see custom field.
But whith non privilege interface he can’t :(…
I would like the same button “create ticket in” Queue than in privilege
interface…
How can i do this please, i don’t find any response in archive list…
