Main screen you can customize dashboard by editing which columns are displayed. however if you create a custom dashboard, the option to add columns in say top 50 tickets is there to edit and add columns (like last updated by or last updated date). however, when you hit “update” - it looks like it works since it shows the result of that amended search. However, the dashboard that you edited this element in - shows the original columns and not any of the columns you added and saved. Looking to add some columns in a modified dashboard.
