CSV Import Ticket Custom field

Hi,

Been looking at custom fields and for the life of me cannot figure out how to do an import of a CSV or other type of list.
I can use the Asset importer fine, but I have a long application list for example that I want to import into a Ticket Custom field.

In the end I want the user to be able to select a drop down from a pre populated list or have an autocomplete field that they can fill.

You can do this with an initialdata file and rt-setup-database
