Hello Everyone
Please avoid the use of double-quotes in all areas of the Request Tracker
entries.
It seems to be a bug in the system.
For example, if you use double-quotes in the Subject it works. But, if you
then try t edit the Subject, the text is truncated after the first
double-quote.
