Creating tickets by e-mail

I’m running RT 2.0.15–yes, I know it’s old.

Years ago I set up a queue with an e-mail interface. It works fine.

Today I created a new queue with an e-mail interface. The queue works
OK via the web interface, but attempts to create a ticket by e-mail
fail with:

No permission to create tickets in the queue ‘nsads-todo’.

As near as I can tell, I’ve set up the new queue the same as the old
queue.

How can I figure out why there’s a permission problem?
