Creating a ticket on behalf of a requestor?

Is there anyway to determine whether a ticket was opened by a logged in
user on behalf of someone else and have that notated in the template
output?

For example, I login and select “New ticket in… support”. In the
"Create a new ticket" screen that comes up I modify the requestor to be
the username assigned to a customer. I’d like the top of the
Correspondence output to say something to the effect of:

(Ticket created by jrichard on behalf of )
