I have been searching for a way to start a new ticket in RT, as in an
email-program, by sending a question/information to a customer. I am
guessing I need a certain scrip to take care of it (On Create?).
However, we don’t want any scrip to be run when an incoming email
creates the ticket. (We have removed all the ‘On Create’-scrips to
prevent the autoreply from being sent.)
