Create copy of one ticket with same ticket number in different queues

Hello

I was wondering is there a way to Create copy of one ticket with same ticket number in different queues.
for example have ticket number 8324 in IT, HR, CRM queues at the same time?

With same number: no. Every ticket in RT must have a unique ID.

But you can create child tickets in another queue from main tickets using the “links” panel, most of values will be reused.

You can also have scrips to automate creation of tickets upon a main one, with relationship.
