I have very fresh RT 5.0.2 with PostgreSQL 9.2.24 install on centos 7.9.2009 When I try to log with root password combo
I am getting error:"An internal RT error has occurred. Your administrator can find more details in RT’s log files. " I have no idea what to do next. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
What do you see in the webserver logs when this happens?
