Okay I’ve been through the archives on this one and still haven’t located an
answer that solved the problem.
I have 9 queues and a group for each one, as well as a few groups that can
post to all queues via global privs. However, when one of these admins
attempted to add a ticket to a queue they did not have explicit privs on, it
sent me the “could not load a valid user” error. So I gave the group that
user belongs to privs to create and modify tickets. However, I’m still
getting these same error messages. The tickets are being created via an
external Web interface that has been tested and has worked.
