Dear RT team and friends,
We face a problem when using the “Reply” in a ticket.
Specifically, in the “Scrips and Recipients” section of the Reply page, the notification check-boxes suddenly become unselected.
This happens when:
We already have added 2 email addresses in “One-time Cc” (in previous correspondence) and then at a new reply we select at One-time Cc the “All recipients”.
At that point exactly, the notification check-boxes at “On Correspond Notify Requestors and Ccs” become unselected, causing the skipping of the email notification for those users.
(At rt.log file: xxxxxxxxx is blacklisted by notification checkboxes for this transaction. Skipping (/opt/rt4/sbin/…/lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm:901))
We use RT 4.4.2.
Can you reproduce this behavior?
Is the above RT behavior expected or is it a bug?
If it is normal, could you please explain the reasoning?
