nod I’d looked at that a while ago when bugzilla started to do it, but
it got back-burnered, as none of “my” sites were doing anything that complex
with ticket relationships. It’s a fairly neat tool. Ok. It’s an incredibly
neat tool.

to draw the component tree. This would be useful for those
of us that are new to the RT code.
