I’ve been running RT (3.2.1) for quite a while and am interested in
converting to LDAP authentication. My question is this… since I
already have an extensive set of “tickets” (4,700+) will any of the open
issues become orphaned? Can you have LDAP auth and local users
(non-LDAP authenticated)?
