Configuring RT and FAQ Database

Hi all,

I have installed RT and everything is working , I want to have the following

functionality, when a request comes in,

1. How to search the FAQ database for the request?

  1. How to convert the queries into FAQ?

Can any one help me out in configuring and solving this problem...
