Comment on Resolve

Hello All,

I am still looking for a solution where the closing comments can be sent to
the requester. I know this can be done by just replying. But I was wondering
if there is a way to send the contents of the comments to the requestor
instead of the link itself.

Hi Raj,
We created a global scrip to do this. The scrip conditions are “On resolve
notify requestors using template resolve.” I edited the resolve template to
make the wording a bit more user friendly.
