CommandByEmail

Hi Folks,

'got a question about Handling the CommandByEmail Extension of RT.

I’m using RT Version 3.6.1 and installed the Extension properly.

So far so good, but now I got the following Problem:

When I try to use two or more Commands in one Email, only the first Command takes effect, the following Commands are ignored.

It doesn’t matter which commands I use (Subject, Status, TimeWorked, Due, Priority, etc.). I’ll try it like this:

Status: open

TimeWorked: 10

Priority: 12

Anyone got an Idea why it doesn’t work with more then one command?

Greetings…J Wendler

I had the same problem. This happens if you send your email in HTML format. Plain text works fine.

I think it’s a bug in the parser. From: rt-users-bounces@lists.bestpractical.com [mailto:rt-users-bounces@lists.bestpractical.com] On Behalf Of “Wendler, Jürgen”
