Command Line use tutorial/FAQ/info/anything?

Hi,

I have searched archives, searched the web…does anybody have
any pointers to the command line options with RT? We are trying to
figure out a way to do a query and pipe the results to a flat text file,
and I’m pretty sure that a command on the server with a simple “>
filename” is going to be our easiest way to do it, but I have no idea
where to find what the commands and syntax are!
