Closing Calls via Email

I have looked through the documentation, and the built in settings, but
can’t find any reference to the ability to do trivial ticket management
via email. Is it possible to send RT commands through email and have it
do tasks such as close calls, or delete tickets?

Check the mailing list archives, there was just some posts in the last
week or so about this. If you don’t see it by browsing, good keywords
would be “mailgate” and “enhanced mailgate”
