Hello,
We are storing lots of contact detail in RT to use to contact
requestors. When a ticket is displayed and I, as SuperUser, click “More
about this user”, I can view all their details. Which right to I need
to add in order that the regular (i.e. non-Super Users) users can do
this? I have already added AdminUsers to the group, but this has not
made a difference.
