Clean install of rt4.2 and rtir 3.0 on cent6.4. "Can't wrap non-existent subroutine RT::Queue::HasRight" error upon start of rt-server

Centos 6.4 patched.
Perl v5.10.1

RT 4.2 installs and runs without a hitch. I get the following error after I successfully “perl Makefile.PL”, resolve dependencies and “make install && make initdb”

/usr/local/rt4/sbin/rt-server

Compilation failed in require at /usr/local/rt4/sbin/…/lib/RT.pm line 730.

I’m getting the above error after including the RT::IR plugin in RT_SiteConfig.pm

This is a clean install of both rt 4.2 and rtir 3.0.

Any suggestions?

Your help is appreciated, thank you.

RTIR 3.0 only runs on RT 4.0.x for x >= 14, so you want RT 4.0.18.

I’m getting the same error. Has anyone figured out what the fix is?

RTIR 3.0 is incompatible with RT 4.2, instead use RT 4.0x. At least that was the case a few months ago. From: Brian [bhardy.security@gmail.commailto:bhardy.security@gmail.com]
