We’re using RT 4.2.12-5 on Ubuntu and suddenly Chrome (58.0.3029 64-bit) doesn’t seem to be working with the built-in editor for responding to tickets. Cursor doesn’t show and I can’t type. Reproduced on different systems with similar Chrome version.
Anyone else experiencing this? Also wondering if there is a workaround for the editor (such as updating just it vs the entire RT installation).
