Chart timeworked per worker in RT 4.4.2

Hi,

How do you generate a report for the time worked broken down by all of the people who updated the ticket? All I can find appears to be just the “TimeWorked” and not the per User TimeWorked.

Asking again. Does anyone know how to generate this type of report, either within RT or using SQL if required? How is the data stored in the system? I can figure out how to gather the info once I know that. Pointers to code locations would be great!

Hi,

Just an update. I did find the extension RT-Extension-ActivityReports and it does generate this type of report. I am still testing it to see if it will meet our needs.
