Changing user 'nobody' to something else

Is there an easy way to change the RT system id ‘nobody’ to something
friendlier to the end user, like ‘pending assignment’? Is it a simple
database change, or is somehow hard-coded into the perl?

It’s hardcoded around the place. You’d be setting yourself up for
a world of pain changing that.
