Changing the on behalf text on correspond messages

Hi, I’m using RT 3.0.12 for windows, and I wanted to
know how to manage a different message in the header
when a reply to a ticket is made.

For example, this is what our message shows

[RTSERVER #XX] Subject
rt@rt.com on behalf of xxx@.xxx.com

I would like it to say a specific message or the users
name where the rt@rt.com is.

Any thoughts or help.
